Logistics and Packaging
Every organization in any field or industry requires a competent Logistics and Packaging division to ensure their products are produced and shipped in a systematic manner. It is a common misconception that Logistical Analysis is required only in the post-production phase. Efficient, structured, and well-planned incoming and internal logistics are equally crucial. EMK Alpha works with its clients to provide both internal and external Logistic Solutions. We also offer both standard and custom solutions. The 'One-size-fits-all' approach is not our philosophy.

Packaging Methodology
Our core value is to treat our customers as kings. We tailor our approach for each customer depending on the tools and systems available to them. Our approach follows multiple steps. Based on the customer input for the project, our team will take the data or design request and start analyzing it to create a plan of approach. We review that with the customer to make sure that we are on the same page. Once we get approval from the customer, we will set up a template to give weekly updates on the progress.
The next steps for a design project include:
Understanding the line sides requirements.
Finalizing the height and footprint requirements.
Gathering the lift-assist or robotic end effector details if needed.
Concept Design review with Packaging Engineer (Provide a presentation which includes design of the rack, containerization, and ergonomic analysis).
Once the design is approved, we will go through Internal BIQ and FEA analysis.
After final approval from the Packaging Engineer, 2D prints will be made for a market test.
Full support will be provided to customers until they are done with ordering fleets.
If we take up a project, we take complete responsibility for the design till the prototype testing and final design review.
Based on the type of project, our approach and methodology change, but on the core level, we follow DFMEA. We have a set of processes to provide consistent support to customers using our own tools.
